The Room is Free*
Monday to Thursday and Friday Morning the room is free with a minimum spend of $150.
If $150 minimum is not spent, the bill will be rounded up to $150 plus tax.
Friday Nights and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
the room is free when you spend $250 or more (before tax and gratuity) Friday night and Saturday nights. If $250 minimum is not spent, the bill will be rounded up to $250 plus tax and recommended gratuity.

General Information
- John's has the right to refuse any group.
- All food prices quoted are current and subject to change on bookings over 60 days.
- A non-refundable deposit or valid credit card is required to secure booking
- All quoted prices subject to applicable taxes (GST and PST).
- TIPPING IS OPTIONAL. We recommend an 18% gratuity
- Final numbers for all functions must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS Special arrangements may be made for special cakes subject to approval by John's Restaurant.
- You may decorate for your event but you may not put any tape, tacks or puddy on walls. Any damage to the room or walls will result in an additional charge. Liability for damages will be charged according to replacement value of any property damaged.
- John's Restaurant reserves the right to inspect and regulate all events.
- John's is not responsible for personal property or equipment of any nature that is brought into the premises.
- 48 hours notice must be provided for cancellation or a charge may apply.
No Show Policy
Buffets and Prepared Items including Prime Rib, Roast Turkey and Pot Roast - Numbers must be confirmed 48 Hours in advance for billing purposes. Full price on confirmed number will be charged.
All Other Groups - A charge for no shows may be applied
